Gore Mutual is adjusting Strata rates to support pricing stability and target segment alignment. A rate increase takes effect March 28 for new business and May 27 for renewals.

In line with our commitment to refine our pricing, we are adjusting Strata rates to better align with our target segments and to address evolving market conditions.
Strata rate changes
Customers can expect to see an average rate change of 12%, though individual customer impacts may vary based on specific risk factors.
Effective dates
•New business: March 28, 2024
•Renewals: May 27, 2024
How this affects you
•When quoting Strata policies with effective dates on or after the above timelines, the new rates will automatically apply in Guidewire.
•Individual customer rate impacts will depend on factors such as location and earthquake exposure, and the customer’s own risk profile.
